We are looking for outgoing, energetic and motivated individuals to join our team and help inspire patients on their path to better health! We are looking for candidates that want to give excellent patient treatment. Starting part time with the potential for full time.
Physiomed is an established (over 17 years) interdisciplinary patient care clinic offering a complete range of coordinated rehabilitative services that includes: physiotherapy, chiropractic, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, clinical conditioning, and medical products.
Hours:
Monday 10:00 - 7:00
Wednesday 10:00 - 7:00
Thursday 10:00 - 7:00
Candidates will be paid for ALL scheduled working hours, not just hours with patient/client.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute patient treatment plans prescribed by physiotherapist and perform high quality customer service.
- Report to the physiotherapist and clinical director.
- Maintain high patient retention rate and ensure patients are booking appointments.
- Accurately document all SOAP notes while implementing active and passive programs.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of exercise prescription/supervision.
- Candidate will ideally have university education with kinesiology degree. Coop component to this kinesiology degree is an asset.
- Manual therapy knowledge is an asset.
- Dynamic and energetic personality with a passion for promoting health and wellness.
