Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with proper cash handling procedures
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, including taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all products
- Support team members by assisting with serving, cleaning, or other tasks as needed
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and health regulations throughout shift
Experience
- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and upselling menu items
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting is desirable
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively during peak hours
