SAP RAR Senior Consultant Job Description 1 .Incident & Ticket Management: Handle L1/L2/L3 support ticketsProvide timely resolution based on SLAs2. Issue Analysis & Troubleshooting: Allocation and fulfillment processes Contract creation and updates Revenue postings and errors Perform root cause analysis Better knowledge of Custom Adapter integration with RAR Better understanding in RPC studio Ensure successful period-end closing activities 3. Testing Support : Perform regression testing after fixes or changes Support UAT cycles Manage objects across environments(DEV- >UAT- >PROD) Support for system health check for each release cycle4. Financial Compliance & Reporting Support: Audit Request Skill Set: SAP RAR(Support Environment)Strong understanding of : Revenue Accounting Contracts(RAC0) POBs and SSP allocationIntegration Knowledge: SAP SOM,CI(Understanding Level) Custom AdapterRevenue Recognition conceptsContract modifications and reallocationsAttention to detail during financial close Work Environment: On-Call Support Fast-paced ticketing environment Critical support during month-end closing
