BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT - Live In On Site
Live in Superintendent needed at a multi-unit residential building in MIDLAND, ONTARIO. Ideal for semi-retired or Couple. Duties include collection & tracking of rents, regular cleaning of building common areas, and small repairs & maintenance. Ideal candidates have experience dealing with tenants & property management, good people skills and self motivated, handyman skills is a requirement for this position.
