We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients, and contribute to the overall success of our salon. Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Educate clients on proper nail care maintenance and aftercare instructions
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
Skills
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, etc.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a sterile work environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally and confidently
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products and services effectively
