About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and self-sufficient individual to join our team as an Evening & Weekend Customer Service / Facility Attendant. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including outdoor areas.
- Empty and maintain exterior garbage receptacles.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms and shower facilities.
- Wash fuel pumps and ensure the site remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
- Stock, organize, and maintain inventory levels.
- Perform general cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping duties throughout each shift.
- Identify areas requiring attention and take initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new tasks and procedures quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic cash-handling and counting skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in all aspects of work.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
