Office Administrator
We install Fire Sprinkler systems in highrise commercial/multi-unit residential buildings as well as residential homes. We take pride in providing good service and quality workmanship. We are looking for team members to grow with our company and help us provide a positive, safe work environment.
Position Summary
We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. An ideal candidate needs to be an excellent multi-tasker with great communication skills and is adaptable. They must also be comfortable with computers and administrative software, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. We have a small office team so no job around the office is big or two small. The applicant must be willing to help with whatever needs to be completed in a day.

Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience and/or associate degree in a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent written and oral English
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll through a payroll company as well as setting up new employees, issuing ROE’s, managing extended medical and logging sick days / hours worked on job sites.
- Job Tracking – logging invoices and employee hours for each job site
- Scanning and emailing as required
- Paying bills and logging them accordingly
- Daily banking
- Invoicing – Assist the Office Manger with monthly invoicing
- Submitting required documents to accountants on a monthly basis
- Make travel arrangements including booking flights, ferries, accommodations and transportation for business trips.
- Light cleaning
- Manage and social media posting
- Run Errands as needed (pick up/drop off plans/drawings)
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
