Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel setting, providing exceptional service through attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly within designated timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to uphold health standards
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to provide consistent guest satisfaction
Skills
- Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting moderate loads
- Knowledge of industrial or hotel cleaning practices is a plus
