Located inside The Well in the heart of downtown Toronto, our salon continues to grow alongside one of the city's most exciting destinations. We're looking for a passionate, talented hairstylist to join our family.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of salon experience
- Confident in cutting, colouring,highlighting, styling, and consultations
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Existing clientele is an asset, but we're happy to help you grow your business
Pay Structure
Compensation & Perks
- Starting wage: $19.00/hour
- Generous gratuities on top of hourly pay
- Typical total earnings of $25–$35+/hour, depending on experience, availability, and guest volume
