As the front-of-house team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the utmost quality for every meal created, ensuring every guest has an amazing dining experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and consistently provide exceptional service while maintaining impeccable professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs
- Prepare and serve delicious deli style soups, salads and sandwich's
Experience & Required Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Cash handling proficiency
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong time management abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background as a barista or restaurant industry
- Familiarity with food handling procedures
