Role Overview
As a Vehicle Sourcing & Sales Agent, you will work directly with clients who are actively looking for vehicles. Your role is to guide them through the sourcing process, present vehicle options, and close deals while providing a professional and trustworthy experience.
This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients (text, phone, online platforms)
- Understand client needs, budget, and timeline
- Send curated vehicle listings based on client requirements
- Coordinate vehicle viewings and test drives
- Negotiate with sellers to secure better deals for clients
- Close sourcing service fees ($60 per client)
- Introduce and sell vehicle support subscription plans when appropriate
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients
What You’ll Be Selling
- Vehicle sourcing service (finding and securing cars for clients)
- Rental placement assistance (when applicable)
- Monthly vehicle support subscription plans
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Earn per:
- Sourcing fee closed
- Subscription plans sold
- Rental placements (if applicable)
High performers can scale income quickly based on effort and consistency.
