Fully remote bookkeeping firm requires a professional and experienced bookkeeper located in Canada for a MATERNITY LEAVE position (likely a 14 month position). Candidates must have at least 2-3 professional references that we can connect with. We also require individuals with strong attention to detail, using our proven methods. This position is for an employee of our company - if you have your own bookkeeping business or clients, please do not apply.
We REQUIRE experience in the following areas:
- QuickBooks Online - minimum two years working experience
- reconciliations - including bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- self-management - managing deadlines, time budgets, asking for help as needed
- Google sheets and google drive, slack, Gmail, excel
We would really appreciate bookkeepers with payroll experience.
