PARTS TECHNICIAN
Position Summary
· Promote and sell products and/or services to meet the customer’s needs
· Ordering parts and accessories for customers and technicians as well as following up with orders to ensure they are received in a timely manner
· Receiving goods and sorting incoming parts ensuring they are put in the proper locations
· Assists in preparing and maintaining show room and displays
· Keep current on new products and continuously upgrade parts knowledge
· Strong team player
Qualifications
· Basic computer knowledge
· Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
· Mature and self-motivated individual
· Good organization skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Availability to work weekends and take after-hours calls during busy seasons
· Ability to lift 45lbs or greater
Experience in parts required. John Deere equipment knowledge is a plus.
