WINDOW CLEANING TECHNICIAN — MASTERY WINDOW CLEANING
Location: Ajax, ON | Full-Time | Seasonal (April–December)
Pay: $1,000+/week | Performance-based

THE ROLE
You'll start early, hit the road, and work through a full day of back-to-back jobs across Durham Region — operating professional water-fed pole systems, working on ladders up to 28 feet, and representing Mastery in front of homeowners who expect a great experience every single time.
A typical day starts at our Ajax base around 8AM. You'll run your route independently, handle customers professionally, and take pride in leaving every job spotless. Most days run around 10 hours.
As the season winds down, our top technicians transition into traditional Christmas and holiday light installations — keeping you working and earning straight through November and December.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid G2 driver's license minimum, clean driving record
- A reliable vehicle that can carry extension ladders and other equipment
- Available minimum 30 hours per week, April through December
- Lives in or near Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, or Courtice
- No experience needed — we train the right person completely
