Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, Production Worker - Tube Cutting and Tube Bender to join our manufacturing team. This position is scheduled for 10-hour evening shifts, Monday to Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. This position includes an unpaid 30-minute lunch and two unpaid 15-minute breaks, or an another unpaid 30-minute supper break.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating tube bending and cutting equipment to prepare and produce automotive lines according to part specifications and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow production instructions to ensure tubing is cut and formed to the correct specifications. Previous CNC or manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide full, hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate tube cutting and bending equipment according to work instructions and established procedures.
- Identify and match tubing to the correct part number and production requirements.
- Set up and properly load tubing into cutting and bending equipment as instructed.
- Cut tubing to the required lengths and specifications, using handheld cutting equipment when required.
- Bend and inspect tubing to ensure it meets required specifications, dimensions, and quality standards.
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions, cut lengths, and finished part specifications.
- Identify defects such as incorrect lengths, improper bends, kinking, collapsed tube ends, or other quality issues.
- Keep tubing, components, and completed parts properly organized and identified to prevent part mix-ups.
- Make adjustments or notify a supervisor when issues are identified.
- Complete production records and other basic documentation as required.
- Cross-train in other production areas and assist with manufacturing tasks as needed.
Note: This role does not require heavy lifting (all items are under 10 lbs).

- Experience working with metal tubing or automotive components.
- Experience following work orders or production instructions.
- Familiarity with quality control or inspection procedures.
Training & Work Environment
We provide comprehensive, hands-on training for the tube bending process, including machine operation, part identification, proper tube loading, safety procedures, and quality inspection.
No previous bending experience is required. We're looking for dependable people who pay attention to detail, take pride in producing quality products, and are willing to learn.
Pay:
- Starts at $23.00/hr + based on experience
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
