Job Summary
Zeno Renewables are seeking passionate and results-driven representatives/ appointment-setters to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly driven and want to build a high-income career. No previous experience required — full training is provided. You’ll be trained, coached, and supported by top producers in the Zeno network.

- Full-time availablity
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset

Responsibilities
- Knock doors in assigned territories with high interest in solar
- Educate homeowners on solar & energy savings
- Build rapport and book qualified consultations
- Work closely with top-performing closers and managers
- Hit targets to unlock bonuses and promotions
- Car is an asset, but not mandatory
Compensation & Incentives
- Commission-only with unlimited earning potential
- Average income for Appointment Setters: $6000-10000/month
