Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead and oversee our landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction, with the ability to manage a team effectively. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse outdoor projects, ensuring high-quality landscape environments for our clients.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators and other mechanical tools
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks
- Plan and execute construction projects related to landscape design and installation
- Train and guide team members on proper use of tools, safety procedures, and best practices in horticulture and gardening
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed
- Manage project timelines, materials, and resources efficiently to meet client expectations
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment used, and project progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or related fields
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators
- Strong understanding of gardening techniques, and horticultural practices
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining safety standards
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and construction methods
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license; experience operating heavy machinery is preferred

Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour
