About Dabble
Dabble makes high-protein, gluten-free, low-sugar donuts built on the idea of permission-based indulgence — treats you don't have to feel guilty about. We're in an active scaling phase: 120+ retail doors including Whole Foods and Save-On-Foods, expansion underway into Sobeys, Fresh St. Market, Loblaws, and Costco. Things move fast here, and we like it that way.
The Role
We're looking for someone to work directly alongside our Founder & CEO as a true floater — not a role with a fixed lane, but someone who can pick up whatever needs picking up on any given day. One day that might mean managing the CEO's calendar and inbox; the next it might mean helping prep for an investor call, running errands for a photoshoot, sitting in on a retail partner meeting to take notes, or jumping on the production floor when an extra pair of hands is needed.
This is a role for someone who wants to learn how a scaling CPG company actually runs, from the inside, by being wherever the pressure point is that week.
What You'll Do
- Manage scheduling, inbox triage, and day-to-day logistics for the Founder & CEO
- Act as a floater across departments — production, sales, marketing, ops — filling in wherever bandwidth is tightest
- Help prep materials for investor updates, retail partner meetings, and advisory board sessions
- Coordinate with the broader team (Operations, Production, Sales, Growth) to keep projects moving
- Support on-the-ground needs for events, photoshoots, sampling activations, and truck tour logistics
- Handle ad hoc research, vendor coordination, and follow-ups
- Anticipate needs before they're asked — this role rewards initiative over instruction-following
Who You Are
- Highly organized, low-ego, and genuinely energized by variety rather than routine
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous small-business environment
- A clear communicator who can represent the founder well in front of partners, investors, or vendors
- Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information
- Willing to do whatever the day requires — from spreadsheet work to physically helping load a truck
- Based in or able to commute to West Kelowna, BC
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a founder, executive, or small leadership team
- Familiarity with CPG, food & beverage, or retail environments
- Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, project trackers, and basic social/content support

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
