Community Organizer

Are you passionate about people, community, and making a practical difference? Impact Church is looking for one organized and motivated person to help strengthen food programs and support families in our neighbourhood this summer.
What you’ll do
- Help plan community meals based on local needs, attendance, and volunteer availability
- Build partnerships with local food organizations, grocery stores, and donors
- Support meal shopping, budgeting, and safe food preparation and storage
- Recruit volunteers and help promote programs through flyers, email, and social media
What we’re looking for
- Organized, reliable, and ready to jump in
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Cares about serving families and can provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check

Eligibility
Applicants must be 15 to 30 years old at the start of employment, be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, have a valid SIN, and be legally entitled to work in Canada. International students are not eligible.
