Candidates must, at a minimum, possess a Master’s degree in a marine, environmental, coastal, policy, or related field. Preference will be given to candidates with a PhD and demonstrated expertise in Integrated Coastal Zone Management, coastal governance, marine policy, environmental management, or related disciplines.
Candidates should have experience teaching at the graduate level and demonstrated knowledge of coastal management frameworks, stakeholder engagement processes, and interdisciplinary approaches to marine and coastal resource management. Professional experience in coastal planning, policy development, marine governance, or applied coastal management is considered an asset.
