We are seeking a part time caregiver to provide assistance with dinner and after-dinner cleanup. The client is a senior couple who live in Tsawaassen. The husband has dementia and his wife is his primary caregiver. This dinner shift would give her a break so that she does not need to cook every night. The visits would ideally be 4 to 7 pm or thereabouts, at least twice a week to start. The client is flexible on whatever two nights the caregiver is available, other than Thursdays. myCareBase is an online platform that connects families who are caring for an aging loved one, with caregivers looking for work. We help families and paid caregivers facilitate the recruitment, vetting and placement process.
We want to help you find more clients! You set your own hourly rates, and have control of when and where you want to work. There is no cost to be included on our platform.
Accepted candidates will go through an assessment and vetting process to ensure a consistent level of quality on our platform. This process will include a job reference check (so please be prepared to provide 2 job references) and a criminal background check.
