About Lovin’ N Learnin’
Since 1983, Lovin’ N Learnin’ Day Care has been more than a childcare center, it is an extension of home. We are a tight-knit, 24-space preschool dedicated to nurturing children’s natural curiosity, confidence, and independence. We strongly believe that when children are supported according to their unique interests, they thrive.
The Opportunity
Tired of the same old grind? Ready for a change? If you are looking for an opportunity that allows you to continue spending your days on the floor with children, while taking on a manageable amount of administrative responsibility, we have the perfect role for you.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and able to leverage technology, automation, and efficient processes to keep the administrative side of the Centre running smoothly. By creating efficiencies and working smarter, you'll have the opportunity to spend less time behind a desk and more time supporting staff, engaging with children, and making a meaningful impact every day.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Director (ED) who is ready to jump in with both feet and provide leadership and mentorship to our team of 5–6 dedicated educators while supporting programming for our 24 children. The ED will serve as the primary bridge between our Board of Directors, our families, and the provincial ELCC program, helping to ensure the Centre remains compliant, financially sound, and focused on delivering exceptional care and learning experiences.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make the Centre their own, bringing fresh ideas and best practices, building strong relationships, shaping the culture of the organization, and creating something meaningful for the children, families, and educators who make up our community.
