Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team
- Oversee merchandising strategies, pricing, and product placement to maximize sales
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain excellent customer service standards through effective communication and problem resolution
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions for new staff members
- Manage inventory purchasing, stock levels, and store merchandising displays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store policies at all times
- Utilize POS systems efficiently for transactions including cashiering and sales management
- Oversee budgeting processes and control expenses to meet financial goals
- Organize staff schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours while managing time effectively
Experience
- Proven retail management experience with demonstrated success in store operations oversight
- Strong background in sales management, merchandising, and customer service excellence
- Supervising experience with team leadership responsibilities in a retail environment
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Skills in negotiation, marketing, pricing strategies, and purchasing processes
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff members
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer demographics
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills coupled with professionalism in phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
- Ability to manage budgets, perform math calculations accurately, and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
