Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Contractor to provide exceptional cleaning services for our clients' homes. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work independently while delivering high-quality cleaning tailored to each residence. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and possess a passion for maintaining clean and welcoming living spaces. Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. As a contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through thorough and efficient cleaning practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage your schedule to ensure timely arrival at each client’s home
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Organize and manage household items to promote tidiness and orderliness
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional, respectful, and attentive to client requests
- Maintain a high level of organization to track appointments, supplies, and client preferences
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of residential cleaning best practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Must have Liability Insurance
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients
- Customer service experience or background in hospitality is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
