At The Sharp Music Cafe, brunch, coffee, and live music come together to create a warm and memorable experience for every guest.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Line Cook to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, and values consistency, teamwork, and care in every dish.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items with care, consistency, and attention to detail
- Support smooth kitchen service during busy brunch hours
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and station setup before service
- Keep the kitchen and prep areas clean, organized, and ready for service
- Communicate clearly with the front and back of house team
- Monitor food quality and help ensure dishes are sent out on time
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times
- Support opening, closing, and daily kitchen duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook, cook, or kitchen experience preferred
- Brunch or breakfast service experience is an asset
- Able to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- Passion for food and pride in quality and presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
