We are looking for an AI Developer & BI Developer for a 6 month contract, primarily focused on AI model fine-tuning and intelligent automation, along with experience in Power BI, Crystal Reports, and basic SQL. The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI technologies and capable of building practical AI-driven business solutions and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Fine-tune and optimize AI/LLM models for business use cases
- Prepare, clean, and organize datasets for AI training
- Test, evaluate, and improve AI model performance
- Work with prompts, embeddings, and AI workflows
- Develop AI-powered automation solutions
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Generate and maintain Crystal Reports
- Support reporting and data-related business requirements
Technical Skill Requirements
1. AI / Machine Learning (Primary Focus)
- Strong interest or experience in AI model fine-tuning
Understanding of:
- LLM fine-tuning
- Prompt engineering
- AI model evaluation
- Dataset preparation and cleaning
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Embeddings and vector databases
- Familiarity with tools/frameworks such as:
- OpenAI APIs
- Hugging Face
- TensorFlow or PyTorch
- LangChain (preferred)
- Ability to optimize and improve AI outputs
- Understanding of AI workflows and automation
2. Power BI
Experience creating:
- Dashboards
- Reports
- KPI visualizations
- Basic knowledge of:
- DAX
- Power Query
- Data visualization best practices
3. Crystal Reports
- Ability to create and modify Crystal Reports
- Experience generating operational and business reports
- Basic troubleshooting and report maintenance
4. SQL (Basic Requirement)
- Basic SQL knowledge required
Ability to:
- Run simple queries
- Fetch and filter data
- Work with existing databases
Soft Skill Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new AI technologies
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Python programming
- API integration
- Experience with AI agents or chatbot systems
- Knowledge of cloud AI services
- Understanding of reporting and analytics workflows
Education Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in: Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
