Through our Home and Community program, we also support individuals living in the surrounding community with personal support services that help people remain safely and independently in their own homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team, working alongside front-line staff to support exceptional care and meaningful experiences for older adults in our Retirement community. We are committed to helping our team members succeed by providing a comprehensive orientation and onboarding experience, ongoing learning and development opportunities, and a workplace that values teamwork, recognition, and appreciation. At Fairview, we believe that when we care for one another, we provide the very best care for our residents. Kindness lives here.
