What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a strong first impression—every customer, every time
- Ask the right questions to understand needs and goals
- Recommend products in a clear, helpful way
- Maintain store standards (cleanliness, organization, stock levels)
- Support team operations and daily tasks
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment
Requirements:
- Retail/customer service experience (must-have)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Interest in fitness or health (asset, not mandatory)
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
