Still Feather Ranch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team as a subcontractor. We are looking for a reliable, experienced operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay:
- $35.00–$40.00 per hour (based on experience)
- 40 Hours per week
- Subcontractor position
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform fine grading and final grade work to a high standard.
- Work confidently in tight spaces.
- Complete site preparation, backfilling, and material handling.
- Read grades and maintain proper elevations.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow all site safety requirements and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of skid steer operating experience (required).
- Experience with fine grading and finish grading
- Working in tight spaces around buildings, utilities, and existing structures
- Landscaping and civil site work
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on site.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
