You should be comfortable taking ownership of difficult service situations and helping technicians develop solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
This is a hands-on supervisory position. While the primary focus is managing and supporting the service team, there will be situations where you are expected to attend sites, troubleshoot equipment, or assist with complex and emergency repairs.
Schedule & On-Call
This is a full-time position with regular weekday hours.
The Plumbing Service Supervisor will also participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule. During assigned on-call weekends, the supervisor must be available to provide technical support, assist with emergency coordination, and attend service calls when required.
