In this energetic role, you will oversee and participate in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and decorative stonework. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. <Duties>
- Supervise and coordinate daily hardscape construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols
- Assist with the installation of Interlock pavers , retaining walls,excavation, and soft scaping preperation and other finishing touches that bring outdoor designs to life.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks on schedule
- Read Landscpae plans, schematics, and construction drawings to interpret project specifications accurately
- Conduct construction inspections to maintain quality standards and identify any issues early in the process
- Collaborate with team members and Coach to fabricate custom components and execute detailed craftsmanship such patio and Landscape plans.
- Support site management with construction effiency and planning to optimize resources and workflow to stay on task and budget.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on hardscape projects or related fields such as Hardscape and softscape work for landscaping
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, small equipment such as mini excavators and skid Steers.
- Familiarity with construction management practices including safety procedures and quality control measures.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
