Overview
Gaber Distributors is seeking a motivated and results-driven Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a passion for sales and customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Take orders, issue invoices, and take payments
- Assist customers in finding available product choices
- Assist customers with creating custom orders
- Track lost sales
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems
- Parts/Inventory Management
- Provide backup relief to other departments, including shipping/receiving, as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Sales experience
- Prioritization skills
- Organized and proactive
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to multitask
Agricultural knowledge would be an asset
