Kinton Ramen Windermere is opening in September 2026, and we are looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our opening team.

Starting wage: $15+/hour + tips (based on experience)
4 weeks travel for training in Calgary is required. Training support, including travel and accommodation, will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to Kinton standards
- Ensure food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation
- Maintain a smooth kitchen flow during busy service periods
- Complete prep work, line checks, and station setup
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Support and train new kitchen team members
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide an excellent guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of line cook or culinary experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food Safety certification required
- Japanese culinary experience is an asset
