As a Advisor – New Graduate Programs, within the Capital Markets Business Strategy team at National Bank, you play a key role in the planning, coordination, and evolution of early‑career programs, including the rotation programs for new graduates and early‑career professionals.
Leveraging your expertise in program management, your strong coordination skills, and your ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, you help deliver a consistent, engaging, and high‑quality participant experience aligned with business needs and the employee experience.
Your Job
- Design and plan program activities, coordinate training sessions and learning pathways, including rotation schedules and sequences
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, as well as the resources required to deliver program activities
- Manage vendors, including proposal analysis and contract finalization
- Act as the primary point of contact for participants, from offer acceptance through integration into their teams
- Ensure clear, proactive, and seamless communication throughout the programs
- Monitor program budgets and obtain required approvals, as needed
- Coordinate the evaluation of participants during rotations and support final placement based on business needs and completed pathways
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of programs based on feedback received
Your Team
The Business Strategy team supports the implementation of initiatives aimed at aligning business priorities, sector support, and the employee experience within Capital Markets.
By joining this dynamic team of approximately 15 people, you will work alongside experts in recruitment, communications/marketing, and finance, while collaborating closely with partners across all business areas. You will contribute to high‑impact initiatives in a stimulating, collaborative, and strategic environment.
- This role is primarily office‑based (4 days per week). During the onboarding of a new cohort (July and August), full‑time on‑site presence is required.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating programs, projects, or initiatives, ideally related to recruitment
- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Participant‑experience and continuous‑improvement mindset
- Comfort working with timelines, budgets, and vendors
