Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position: Full-Time or Part-Time (Centre-Based)
Hope Autism Services is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing ABA, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Psychological Services for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to children.
- Support communication, social language, articulation, AAC, and other speech-language goals.
- Collaborate with Behaviour Analysts, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, educators, and families.
- Provide parent coaching and recommendations to support skill generalization.
- Maintain clinical documentation, progress reports, and treatment records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registered and in good standing with CASLPO.
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
