We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing sales leads, and promoting vehicles to a diverse clientele. The Car Sales Executive will play a key role in increasing dealership revenue through effective sales strategies, upselling, and building lasting customer relationships. Ability to work some weekends and adhere to our diverse schedules.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct B2B sales activities to establish partnerships with corporate clients and other businesses
- Manage and develop the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and conversion
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features to customers, emphasizing value and benefits
- Negotiate deals effectively to meet both customer needs and dealership objectives
- Support the sales process through marketing initiatives and promotional events
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for high-end sales and market expansion
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, dealership sales, or B2B sales is preferred
- Strong background in vehicle sales or extended automotive markets is a plus
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales leads and closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities, are highly desirable
- Familiarity with sales support tools, CRM systems, and marketing techniques
- Prior experience in deal management, upselling, and customer relationship building is advantageous
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
