The Old Spaghetti Factory — Toronto is a long-standing, family-friendly Italian-style restaurant located in downtown Toronto, just steps from Front Street, Yonge Street, Union Station, St. Lawrence Market, and Scotiabank Arena. We’re known for providing outstanding hospitality, our nostalgic atmosphere and all-inclusive meals.

Summary
The Host/Hostess is the first and last point of contact for guests. This role sets the tone for the dining experience by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and wait lists, and coordinating seating to ensure smooth service flow.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations, wait lists, and guest seating
- Communicate wait times accurately and courteously
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- Answer phones and assist with takeout or guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed
