Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and program management. This role requires a proactive leader capable of implementing process improvements, managing HRIS systems, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement across all levels of the organization.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP to attract top talent.
- Lead recruitment efforts through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a healthy organizational culture.
- Oversee HR programs including training & development, performance management, and succession planning to support employee growth.
- Administer payroll systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, and Ceridian to ensure accurate compensation processing.
- Implement process improvements to streamline HR operations, leveraging data analysis skills for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through effective change management and program management practices.
- Supervise HR staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection and reporting purposes.
- Conduct presentations on HR policies and initiatives to leadership teams and staff.
- Manage budgeting for HR projects and initiatives while aligning resources effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and program management.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, Ceridian.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting strategies utilizing ATS systems; experience with HR sourcing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills for reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Supervising experience leading HR teams or departments effectively.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or Kronos is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards across various jurisdictions.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with training & development programs and budgeting processes is desirable.
