Max Analytics is transforming how minor hockey associations run player evaluations. Our software helps hockey organizations across Canada deliver fairer, faster, and more organized evaluations by simplifying scheduling, player assessments, reporting, communications, and team formation. About the Role
You'll work directly with hockey associations across Manitoba and beyond to ensure they have an outstanding experience using Max Analytics.You'll become an expert in our platform and help customers successfully implement, learn, and use the software throughout the busy evaluation season.No two days are the same. One moment you might be training an Age Director over Google Met, the next helping an association troubleshoot an evaluation schedule or supporting an on-site evaluation event.If you enjoy building relationships and making customers successful, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Customer Success
- Build strong relationships with hockey association volunteers and administrators.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation season.
- Respond to customer questions by phone, email, video meetings, zendesk, and in person.
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.Training & Onboarding Lead software onboarding sessions.
- Train Presidents, Age Directors, Convenors and Evaluation Coordinators. Help associations configure their evaluation setup.
- Create confident, successful users of the Max Analytics platform.Technical Support Troubleshoot software issues.
- Assist with player imports, permissions, schedules and reporting. Help customers navigate the platform and resolve questions quickly.
- Escalate technical issues when appropriate.Hockey Operations Support Assist with evaluation event preparation.
- Support player check-in and operational workflows. Provide occasional on-site support during evaluations.
- Work closely with our evaluation and software teams to ensure successful events.

- Experience delivering training or presentations
- Experience using SaaS software platforms
- Knowledge of minor hockey evaluations
Position Details
Type: Seasonal ContractTerm: August 15 – October 15
Hours: Approximately 75–150 hours
Compensation: $25/hour
Schedule: Evening and weekend availability is required during the hockey evaluation season.
