Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client’s eye shape and preferences
- Provide professional brow shaping, tinting, and grooming services to enhance facial features
- Educate clients on aftercare routines to ensure long-lasting results and satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments and answering inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude
- Upsell retail products such as lash serums, cleansers, or brow tools to support client results and boost sales
- Foster positive relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and happy
Requirements
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions and brow treatments; certification is preferred but not mandatory if willing to learn on the job
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to recommend products confidently and effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and aftercare instructions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and hygiene standards
- Enthusiastic team player eager to learn new techniques and grow within the beauty industry
