A Little About Us
Fellini Koolini’s and The Runt Club opened over 35 years ago, in April 1990. Since then, Fellini’s has been known for its Italian-inspired menu, warm hospitality, and atmosphere that feels like a quaint Italian home.
Our menu is primarily Italian, with classic pastas, pizzas, shareables, mains, and occasional creative takes on familiar dishes. We are a long-standing London restaurant with a loyal guest base, a strong local identity, and a kitchen that depends on consistency, speed, and pride in the details.
About the Role
Fellini Koolini’s is looking for experienced line cooks who can handle a busy service with speed, precision, cleanliness, and composure.
This is not an entry-level cooking position. We are looking for cooks who can hold down a station, plate consistently, communicate clearly, and stay calm when the kitchen is moving fast. The right candidates are quick, organized, pressure-tested, and take pride in doing the job properly.
If you are the kind of cook who moves with urgency, keeps your station clean, respects the team, and does not fall apart during the rush, this is the kind of kitchen where you can stand out.
What We Are Looking For
We are hiring cooks who are serious about execution.
The ideal candidate has real restaurant experience, understands timing, follows recipes, plates with care, and knows how to work clean. Experience with Italian food, pasta, pizza, sauté, grill, fryer, or high-volume service is an asset.
You do not need to be fancy. You need to be fast, sharp, reliable, and consistent.

- Coordinate with other cooks to ensure food comes out properly timed, consistent, and high quality
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or supervisor on duty
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and composure during busy service periods
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
- Follow FIFO, proper labelling, dating, storage, and food rotation procedures
- Restock low items and communicate shortages before they become service problems
- Clean and sanitize food prep areas, equipment, tools, and station spaces
- Complete opening, closing, prep, and cleaning duties properly
- Assist with receiving, storage, inventory, and waste control when needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, WHMIS, and safe food handling standards
- Work respectfully and collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
