Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our clients’ equipment and systems. Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at client sites to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures
- Respond promptly to service calls, diagnose issues accurately, and implement effective solutions
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Maintain detailed service records, including work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all field activities

Experience
- Prior experience in technical repair, maintenance, or related field service roles is preferred, 3 year.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems is advantageous
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently in various environments and adapt to changing schedules
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Ability to handle 5 ton truck
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with specific equipment or systems relevant to the industry, as well as certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or mechanical licenses
- Knowledge of HACCP and SQF best practices
