General Manager – The Suites Red Deer

The Suites Red Deer is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining a well-run property.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Conduct leasing activities, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Proficient with computers and common office software.
- Previous property management, hospitality, customer service, or management experience is considered an asset.
