Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required to meet client expectations
Requirements
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus but not essential
