Orthotic Client Care Coordinator

Align Orthotics is seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about human movement, biomechanics, client care, and continuous learning within a growing healthcare practice.
At Align Orthotics, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced clinicians, interact directly with clients, and gain exposure to the assessment and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and support clients throughout their experience with the clinic
- Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling
- Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Assist with client intake and documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with client care coordination and follow-up
- Contribute to a professional, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or a related health sciences field
- Strong interest in biomechanics, orthotics, and healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
