Position Overview
Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is seeking a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to support customer communications, administrative processes, and employee onboarding activities across the company. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people, keeping information organized, and supporting a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Answer and direct incoming communications, including phone and inboxes
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries received through various inboxes, website contact forms, and social media platforms
· Maintain customer issue logs and assist with follow-up communication
· Perform data entry and maintain company records
· Coordinate onboarding packages, uniforms, and name tags
· Track employee training records and policy acknowledgements
· Maintain organized digital files and documentation
· Prepare basic reports and administrative documents
· Support the Operations Manager with administrative and coordination activities
Qualifications
· Previous customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Professional and customer-focused attitude
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Retail, eCommerce, Shopify, or collectibles experience is an asset
Work Structure
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Mintink's Vaughan HQ location.
