Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and phone calls, ensure timely responses, issue client invoices, and file accounts payable.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring necessary items are readily available.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and distribution.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including laboratory test results, customer information, and financial data.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of inventory management systems.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist in the coordination of client meetings, events, and conferences.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow, providing support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Administration preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, ERP Systems).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the cannabis or health industry or a genuine interest in working in this field is a plus.
