We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and motivated to join our team inside a retail showroom environment. Your job is simple: start conversations with homeowners, understand their needs, and guide them toward booking a free in-home estimate for a new system.
Please note this job is located within Costco PoCo.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet and engage customers in-store
- Start natural, low-pressure conversations about home comfort
- Ask simple questions to understand their needs
- Book appointments for in-home consultations
- Learn the basics of HVAC systems and how to explain them clearly
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable talking to new people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Coachable (we will train you step-by-step)
- Sales experience is a bonus, not required
