The Server is responsible for guiding guests through their dining and drinking experience, executing service to brand standards, and communicating effectively with both the front-of-house and culinary teams. This individual may work across different venues located within the building, primarily The Prescott.

Welcome guests warmly, guide them through the food and beverage menus, and make enthusiastic recommendations.

Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them promptly into the POS system.

Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently and in a timely fashion.

Provide exceptional table service, anticipating guest needs (refills, clearing plates, pre-bussing) throughout their visit.

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked server station throughout the shift.

Comply with all Smart Serve guidelines, food safety regulations, and alcohol service standards.

Effectively communicate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure order accuracy and smooth service.

Have complete knowledge of the food menu, cocktail lists, draft beers, and daily specials.

Assist with the opening and closing duties of the patio to ensure the venue is guest-ready.

Previous patio serving experience is an asset but not required.

Smart Serve Ontario certification is required.
