Duties

- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive interaction

- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and meet departmental goals
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
